What we do
Moulding, material recovery and the logistics around them — run in one facility in Abu Dhabi.
01 — Injection moulding
Injection moulding
Production moulding of crates, pallets and racks in virgin and recycled polypropylene, from our own tooling or yours.
Our presses run from small crate tooling up to the large-tonnage machines a 1200 × 1000 pallet needs. Runs are scheduled against a firm delivery date rather than a queue position, which is what makes a local supplier worth using.
Material, colour and recycled content are set per run and recorded against the batch, so a repeat order in six months comes out the same as the first one.

02 — Regrind and material recovery
Regrind and material recovery
Shredding, washing and reprocessing of post-industrial polypropylene into graded secondary raw material.
A fully developed regrind operation sits alongside the moulding floor. Offcuts, sprues and rejected mouldings go straight back into it rather than into a skip.
The output is graded, tested for melt flow index and either blended back into our own production or sold on as secondary raw material.

03 — Tooling and product development
Tooling and product development
Design, prototyping and tool manufacture for bespoke crates and handling equipment, from a sketch to a production mould.
Most bespoke work starts with a load, a pallet footprint and a handling method. From those three things a crate design usually falls out quickly.
We take it through prototype, load testing and tool manufacture, and the tool stays available for repeat runs.

04 — Colour matching and branding
Colour matching and branding
Custom colours, moulded-in logos and hot-foil marking, so returnable assets are identifiable and stay in your circuit.
A returnable crate that cannot be identified is a crate you will not get back. Colour and a moulded-in mark are the cheapest asset control there is.
We match to a supplied reference, and can add sequential numbering or barcode plates where a circuit needs tracking.

05 — Closed-loop collection
Closed-loop collection
We take back our own products at end of life, reprocess them and credit the recovered material against your next order.
Crates and pallets do eventually fail. When ours do, they come back to us rather than to a landfill, and the recovered polymer is credited against the replacement order.
This is the part of the loop most suppliers leave to the customer. It is also the part that makes the recycled-content claim mean something.

06 — Bulk supply and logistics
Bulk supply and logistics
Scheduled deliveries across the UAE and GCC, with call-off stock held for customers on a repeating cycle.
For customers on a repeating cycle we hold call-off stock, so the crate is on site when the season starts rather than three weeks after it.
Delivery is scheduled across the UAE and the wider GCC from Abu Dhabi.
